### 1. Access Data and Hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. When you visit a website, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which includes, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) to document the access.

This access data is used exclusively for ensuring the smooth operation of the site and improving our services. This is in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, which serves the protection of our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our offer through a balancing of interests. All access data is deleted within seven days after your visit to the site.

**Hosting Services by a Third-Party Provider**

As part of a processing agreement, a third-party service provider performs hosting and the display of the website for us. All data collected through the use of this website or via forms on the online shop, as described below, are processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only occurs within the scope described here.

This service provider is located in a country for which there is no adequacy decision by the European Union. Therefore, the cooperation is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

### 2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Execution, Contacting Us, and Creating a Customer Account

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in the course of placing an order or contacting us (e.g., via the contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we need these data to process your order or contact request, and you will not be able to proceed without providing them. The data collected can be found in the respective input forms. We use the data you provide according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract execution and processing your inquiries.

If you have given your consent according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO by choosing to open a customer account, we will use your data to create the customer account.

After the full completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiration of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use the data as permitted by law, which we will inform you about in this statement. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a feature in the customer account.

### 3. Data Transfer

To fulfill the contract according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO, we transfer your data to the shipping company commissioned with delivery, as far as this is necessary for delivering the goods you ordered. Depending on the payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we forward the payment data collected for processing the payment to the bank or payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the payment service providers also collect this data directly if you set up an account with them. In such cases, you must log in during the ordering process with your payment service provider account. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.
